]]> The Salon Cuisinez is the place to learn about the new trends in the field of gastronomy. This event will be held from October 18 – 21 at the Porte de Versailles. Amateurs of cuisine will have 4 days to indulge their palettes.

The Salon Cuisinez program for this 2012 edition includes event lessons, and demonstrations by the most creative chefs. Many prestigious chefs like Cyril Lignac, Thierry Marx, Ruben Sarfati, and Jean Imbert will honor with their presence. Dedicated to great cuisine, this show will also host a booth where the public will be able to taste the best wines and discover new products.

The Salon Cuisinez will also be the opportunity to test new cooking utensils. Many companies will exhibit their latest innovations in the field. A culinary challenge through an emission of Top Chef will take place and there will also be a space dedicated to the different ways to set a table.
